DAY ONE celebrates its premieres in Barcelona and...
In recent weeks, the series DAY ONE has marked two key milestones ahead of its release, with premieres held in Barcelona and Madrid. Both events helped introduce the project and brought together members of the cast, audiovisual industry professionals, and guests from the technology and institutional sectors.
The first of these events took place on March 5 in Barcelona, as part of the Mobile World Congress, a setting closely connected to the world of the series and its reflection on the impact of technology on our lives. Later, Prime Video hosted a special screening in Madrid, where nearly 300 guests had the opportunity to watch the first episode in advance.
Several cast members attended the events, including Álex González, Asier Etxeandia, Alba Planas, Jordi Mollà, Renata Notni, and Iván Massagué, along with representatives from Prime Video, iZen, and various institutions linked to the audiovisual and technology sectors.
DAY ONE tells a story shaped by suspense and the ethical dilemmas of the digital age. The series follows Ulises Albet, a brilliant computer scientist who returns to Barcelona after years away from the sector, driven by a warning that could change everything. In doing so, the story raises a highly relevant question: how far can we advance technologically without losing what makes us human.
Filmed in some of Barcelona’s most iconic technological spaces, the series turns the city into an essential part of the narrative and strengthens its connection to the contemporary debate around innovation, humanity, and the future.
