Filming begins on the first Spanish "true legal" series: Hechos Probados
Filming begins on Hechos Probados. This is the first audiovisual project in Spain to introduce the concept of “true legal”: a format inspired by legaltech and real cases, bringing everyday legal conflicts to the language of cinema from a relatable and contemporary perspective.
Legálitas is taking an unprecedented step in the Spanish legal sector, contributing its expertise to give the story authenticity and to bring elements of everyday legal practice beyond the courtroom or legal dispute. The project therefore reflects a vision of the legal profession that is more aligned with the sector’s current transformation: approachable, preventive and client-focused.
The story will unfold across two audiovisual formats within the same narrative universe: a series that will be available on Prime Video and a feature film, which will be released in cinemas at the end of 2026.
Starring Marta Hazas (Culpa mía, Amigos hasta la muerte) and Amaia Salamanca (Por los pelos, La piel del tambor), the story follows two lawyer sisters — Inés and Delia — estranged by conflicts from the past, who reunite to defend a medical negligence case. From there, they must face not only the complexity of the case, but also family tensions, ethical dilemmas and personal decisions that will test their understanding of the profession.
They are joined by a cast that includes Ginés García Millán (Cerrar los ojos, El comensal), Elena Furiase (La sirvienta, Mallorca Confidencial), Javier Veiga (Amigos hasta la muerte, Playa de lobos) and Aitor Luna (La bandera, Control Room), among others.
Hechos Probados features the special collaboration of Legálitas, whose experience in legal advice has served as the basis for inspiring some of the cases that shape the fiction from the perspective of a legaltech company. The production is led by Zebra Producciones and Documentales en Canarias S.L., both part of Grupo iZen, with delegated production by UM and FUSE (Omnicom Media) and BE iZen.
